No los llamaría diarios pero.

En la P.A. (Pubblica Amministrazione) italiana se usa esta palabra para designar unos librotes en los que se registra de todo. Es decir el ***brogliaccio di servizio*** en mi oficina lo usamos para marcar determinados interventos, y en otras oficinas (la centrale será una ) escriben otras cosas. Lo que dices tú es correcto. No los llamaría diarios pero.
