Japanese term or phrase: 加熱押し出し
This is about a new method for making clutch facing:

----------------------
乾式無溶剤
クラッチフェーシング
これからは、シンナーもできるだけ使わないクルマづくりへ。たとえば、「クラッチフェーシング」という部品。これまでは、材料を有機溶剤(シンナー・アルコール類)で溶かしてから紐に付着し、熱を加え成形していました。新しい方法では、新材料(水性樹脂)の採用と、新製法(材料の加熱押し出しで紐に付着)により、有機溶剤の使用廃止を達成。環境負荷物質の大気への放出を防いでいます。
----------------------

Also, any suggestions for 乾式無溶剤?

加熱押し出し
heat extrusion

Explanation:
Hard to come up with an exact word, but the meaning of this is to use heat to get the clutch facing to stick to the clutch backing plate. (Sorry I'm not sure what this part is called in English.)
This is instead of the old way which was to use solvents to basically "melt" the facing onto the backing plate.

Also, I think 乾式無溶剤 a material that is dry and is not a solvent, or solvent-free. it could be 'dry, solvent-free adhesive'

if you¥'re not sure what a clutch disk actually looks like, here¥'s a picture of a typical one (this is for an American car but they look basically identical).

agree  conejo: I agree with Kurt's explanation of the 乾式無溶剤 , and general description of what is going on

agree  Maynard Hogg: I agree with Kurt's explanation of the 乾式無溶剤 , but the "dry" part would be excessive after the first use. There's also the strong possibility that the Japanese author is being deliberately redundant in the "dry, i.e., solvent free" sense.
