Japanese term or phrase: 落とし込みに対して温度差
「現場でアクションをおこす[xx]かた達の、落とし込みに対して温度差があってはいけないということで」

Part of a quote from a training manager.

Document is about staff training for improving sales of a certain cosmetics product at the makeup counters.

Individual difference in understanding
Explanation:
落とし込み clearly is a sport fisherman's jargon (see below website, for instance). 温度差 may or may not be related to something of temperature in the sport fishing, thereby it is safe to ignore possible relavancy to the fishing.
Then, the way I see it, 温度差 refers to individual difference in understanding/digesting the information received. Therefore, the training manager wants to make sure everybody received same message so they would not do things differently at the floor (makeup counters).
In sum whole sentence would be like "I want to make sure that you guys understood the method I just conveyed to you correctly."

落とし込みに対して温度差
temperature changes related to packaging and shipping

Explanation:
With cosmetics in particular, changes in temperature can affect color, consistency, and the overall quality of the product. All of that stuff is important to the customer, who has a lot of choice concerning gradations in color and texture (not to mention price!)

落とし込み can be translated as drop packaging, packaging and shipping, packing and delivery...you get the gist. :o) Hope this helps.

disagree  valueplus (X): "落とし込みに温度差"means the misunderstanding the direction from the manager. this is Japanese jargon. unrelated to temperature......

-> Perhaps. It's been a while but I'd never encountered that jargon while working in the auto industry for some years. Are you certain?
