While 'occupational health' is nearly as common, WHO and its regions prefer to save 'occupational' for such phrases as 'occupational illnesses', 'occupational disease', 'occupational hazard', etc.

  -> The text doesn't say 'professor/instructor of' - it says 'professor/instructor in the area of' (I'm careful about translating "profesor" as 'professor' because the word is used much more broadly in Spanish.
