Bei der Zitierung von Gesetzen wird im Deutschen jedoch immer erst das Gesetz genannt, dann die Nummer bzw. der Absatz, dann der Satz/Halbsatz. Also vom "großen" zum "kleinen" (nicht wie im Portugiesischen vom "kleinen" zum "großen"), weil man in der Regel auch in dieser Reihenfolge nach dem Zitat sucht.
