В сравнении с кт от резко отрицательная динамика по увеличению размеров ранее выявленных очагов, наибольшие :справа - н /доля в s8 с тракцией междолевой плевры на себя 26мм ( было 14мм);слева в /доля до 20 -без динамики, н/доля -s10-до 30мм( было 25 мм + образование ,обтурирующее br10 размером 43мм ( было 30мм)-все измерения наибольшие аксиальные.

Подскажите, плиз, как правильно перевести эту фразу.
