I AM HAVING TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING THE VERY END OF THIS PARAGRAPH. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Explanation:
This is the famous Section 42 of the Spanish Commercail Code, which pops up on my translations at least once a week.

The answer given is from the English version published by the Spanish Ministry of Justice, see

http://www.mjusticia.gob.es/cs/Satellite/1292363991034?blobh...

However, I am not sure I agree entirely with the translation. I would say

"... or those in respect of which it acts in concert with any person."

Take you pick and have fun.

This is not the first time that in a legal document, especially contracts or finance agreements, the definition of control contained in Section 42 of the Commercial Code has been lifted verbatim.
