ácido 1,1-Dioxopenicilínico acide 1,1-dioxopénicillanique Explanation: "dioxo" existe bien et désigne un acide comportant deux groupes cétoniques dans la chaîne principale. Dans les domaines pharmaceutique et cosmétique existent tout un tas de composés "exotiques" que l'on a peu de chances de trouver sur Internet.
