Je ne trouve cet acide nulle part. J'ai pensé qu'il y avait peut-être une coquille : dioxi au lieu de dioxopenicilínico, mais je n'ai rien trouvé non plus :

"1. Procedimiento para la preparación de derivados de **ácido 1,1-Dioxopenicilínico** y sus sales aceptadas farmacéuticamente de acuerdo de la fórmula general I".

"dioxo" existe bien et désigne un acide comportant deux groupes cétoniques dans la chaîne principale.

Dans les domaines pharmaceutique et cosmétique existent tout un tas de composés "exotiques" que l'on a peu de chances de trouver sur Internet. Je traduirais donc simplement comme ci-dessus, en demandant confirmation au client.
