J'avais pensé à "gérant intermittent" mais cela appartient davantage au monde du spectacle: "intermittent du spectacle".

agree  María Belanche García: "chef d'équipe" encaja. Con más contexto, puede que "manager" (así llaman al jefe de equipo en la restauración rápida) y "directeurs de restaurant" para traducir "gerentes de restaurantes" cuadrarían.
