Ma tentative pour ces deux termes :

"Le ***droit de jouissance*** faisant l'objet de l'inscription, annotation W est assujetti pendant 4 ans au paiement des liquidations complémentaires qui, le cas échéant, pourront ***être payées en raison de*** l'Impôt sur les Transmissions Patrimoniales ainsi que des Actes Juridiques Présentés à compter du XXX."
