3.5.1 Operator Entry Points - Side A & B Location
Each side of the Xxxx has two doors, the gull wing door and string cutter access door. These doors allow the Operator to access the product processing area of the machine.
Each gull wing door uses one solenoid safety interlock to lock the door when the 24V Power Switch is in the ON position. The 24V Power Switch must be in the OFF position if the door is opened and the solenoid safety interlock is disengaged.
Each String Cutter access door uses one non-contact safety sensor to indicate when the door is opened or closed. When the access door is closed, the 24V Power Switch can be turned to the ON position.
WARNING: The 24V Power Switch should NEVER be turned ON when any entry points are opened. Ignoring this warning can cause serious harm to personnel.

3.5.1 Zugangspunkte für den Bediener-Seite A & B Position
Jede Seite des xxxx verfügt über zwei Türen: die Flügeltür und die Zugangstür zum Schnurschneider. Diese Türen erlauben dem Benutzer den Zugang zum Bearbeitungsbereich der Maschine.
Jede Flügeltür verwendet eine Magnetsicherheitssperre, um die Tür zu verriegeln wenn der 24V-Leistungsschalter eingeschaltet ist. Der 24V-Leistungsschalter muss bei geöffneter Tür ausgeschaltet und die Magnetsicherheitssperre gelöst sein.
Jede Zugangstür zum Schnurschneider verwendet einen berührungslosen Sicherheitssensor, um zu bestimmen wann die Tür geöffnet und wann sie geschlossen ist. Wenn die Zugangstür geschlossen ist, kann der 24V-Leistungsschalter eingeschaltet werden.
WARNUNG: Der 24V-Leistungsschalter sollte NIEMALS eingeschaltet werden, wenn einer der Zugangspunkte geöffnet ist. Eine Nichtbeachtung dieser Warnung kann zu schwerwiegenden Verletzungen des Personals führen.
