b. What are the known side effects of the investigational products?
PXXXX
• Very Common: (may occur in 10 or more subjects in 100)
Mild to moderate skin rash has been reported in most subjects treated with PXXXX and has been observed with other drugs that are similar to PXXXX. The skin rash commonly resembles acne. The skin rash often involves the face, upper chest and back, but can affect any area of the body. Some rashes have been associated with redness, itching, and flaking of the skin. This skin reaction can become severe. In some cases, it may cause infected sores requiring medical and/or surgical treatment, or cause severe skin infections that could be fatal. Prolonged exposure to the sun can make the rash worse. Additionally, dry skin, fissures (cracks in the skin) on the fingers or toes, fingernail bed or toenail bed infection or inflammation have been reported. Once the PXXXX is withheld or discontinued, the adverse effects on skin will generally resolve. Your physician may decide to treat the rash and ask you to use particular creams to help reduce the adverse effects of the skin rash.
Other very common adverse effects that you may experience include one or more of the following: diarrhea (sometimes causing severe dehydration), abdominal pain, constipation, swelling of the hands and feet and feeling tired.
• Common: (may occur between 1 and 9 subjects in 100)
Common adverse effects that you may experience include one or more of the following: nausea, vomiting, headache, irritation in the mouth, dehydration, hair loss, heart attack (0.2% of these cases were fatal), cough, shortness of breath, excessive hair growth, dry mouth, inflammation of the mucous membrane, chapped lips, a decrease in magnesium, calcium and potassium levels in the blood, nose dryness or bleeding, increased growth of eyelashes, and teary, itchy, dry, red eyes or blurry vision, eye infection and infusion reactions (such as fever, chills, shaking, decrease in blood pressure, slowed heart rate, sudden severe shortness of breath, life-threatening loss of heart or lung function, joint or muscle pain and rash).
• Uncommon: (may occur between 1 and 9 subjects in 1000)
Uncommon adverse effects that you may experience include stroke and blood clots in the legs and in the lungs.
Other adverse effects observed in subjects include acute kidney failure commonly in association with diarrhea and dehydration and lung complications, known as pneumonitis or fibrosis, also observed in subjects receiving other drugs that are similar to the investigational drug. These complications are generally treatable, but in some cases may result in permanent lung damage. To-date, subjects receiving PXXXX have uncommonly experienced pneumonitis or fibrosis of the lungs.

XXXX(PXXXX)

1 Q-7 suited is a pretty solid hand to open from the button because

2 1) He'll be calling out of position, so he'll be playing any hand at a disadvantage,

3 and 2) we can make a lot of cool hands, like a Queen-high flush draw.

4 I'll make a continuation bet of $2, about 2/3 the pot.

5 I don't really mind a call, but he'll fold most of the time. There aren't many hands he can call with -- maybe a 6, and obviously a Jack.

6 With Q-10 suited, I'm just going to flat call out of the big blind.

7 I flopped top pair, so I'm probably going to check-call, depending on how much he bets.

8 He bet quickly, about half-pot. I'm going to call quickly.

9 The 10 is a pretty good card for me, though it does make a straight for some of the hands he could have.

10 I'm going to check-call, I believe. Check-raising is also an option.

11 He could have a lot of hands that will call a value bet on the river, such as J-9 or A-10.

12 So I'm going to bet a little more than half the pot, and hope he calls.

13 I really don't want to be raised though, because then I might not be good.

14 And he raised. But I think I'm good enough here to call. It's a pretty small raise.

15 He rivered a smaller two-pair.

16 10-3 off-suit is OK to fold from the button.

17 Often, people who don't play a lot of heads-up won't reload to 100 big blinds, so you have to keep track of how much money they have.

18 Because their stack size will be adjusting.

19 Right now he's lost a fifth of his stack.

20 It doesn't really change my strategy now, but when he gets below half his stack, I'll have to start playing differently.

21 A-4 off-suit is an OK hand to raise from the button. Pretty much any Ace is good for a raise.

22 He's three-bet me really small here. I don't know what he has, but I have an Ace, so if he has any pocket pair, I have outs.

23 6-6-5 flop, two hearts. I don't really know what his three-betting range is.

24 But on a board like this, he should be playing most turns straight-forward -- so he won't be betting the flop and the turn unless he has a big hand.

25 So I'm going to call here, with the idea that I'll be able to pick up the pot on a later street.

26 Hopefully he'll check this turn. If he bets, I'll have to fold.

27 He's checked. The turn is a bad card for any hand he might have like pocket 8s, 7s, or 9s, as it completes multiple draws I could have.

28 I'm going to check back here, because that's probably what I would do with a flush draw that got there.

29 I'm going to bet 2/3 pot on the river. He should fold to my river bet.

30 Especially with the 10 on the river, when he snap-checks two streets.

31 I obviously hope he folds because I have Ace-high, and that's not good very often when he calls.

32 It's actually kind of interesting. People tend to play a little differently when they see they are playing with a pro.

33 And he just shoved the river. So he probably has 5-6, 6-10, a flush, a straight -- any hand that beats me -- so I'm going to fold.

34 Now I auto-reloaded to $50.

35 I like playing 100 big blinds deep or more, because I feel that lets me maximize my edge.

36 Here I open 10-6 off-suit. You don't always have to open a hand like this.

37 But since you're playing heads-up, it's less likely either of you are going to make a hand.

38 So if you're in position, you can often bet three streets and get them to fold.

39 So any two cards aren't bad to raise, but you don't want to get too crazy.

40 Here I'm going to bet. I bet the flop and he check-called.

41 A-3-5 on the flop, two diamonds. So there are a lot of draws possible. A Jack came on the turn.

42 That's a bad card for any hand he has like 6-6, 7-7, 8-8. That jack's kind of scary, especially on an Ace-high flop.

43 So I'm going to bet and hope he once again folds.

44 He also should be folding any 5 or random 3 that he has.

45 But who knows. He might get stubborn and refuse to fold.

46 He decided to check-raise. I'm going to fold, obviously, because I have no pair and no draw.

47 And he had a random 5 that he decided to check-raise with.

48 When he does that, he turns his 7-5 into a bluff, which allows me to play perfectly against him.

49 When he has 7-5 and check-raises the turn, I'm obviously not going to put any money in when I'm behind.

50 And I'll call a raise when I'm ahead.
