Hello everyone!
I am looking to gain experience as a professional translator EN-FR.
So far, I have translated one 50 pages long document and got some rather good reviews from my client.
I am a language teacher by trade and I want to become a translator as "side project" as I love languages.
Where may I find ways to broaden my work experience? I keep hearing I "need experience to gain experience" which I find a tad frustrating.

I work for TwB from time to time. It is for charity but you can accumulate some donation words and then display it as a banner image in your bio or CV.

*Btw, @ProZ support, I tried to change the TwB banner in my bio today, but all the information was just removed from my bio instead. A message appeared stating that I can't post images now because I am not a paid member, and then all my details had gone. Incredible. Can I restore the data somehow?

I really like it
It's very easy to do the screenshot using just internal free tools available in all operation systems without any additional SW. For example, with Windows:
