How to change the order of dates in TO3000?

Silly question here, but I think it might be faster to ask here than find it in TO3000.

Is there a way to make the dates display as:

31.07.1976 (DD-MM-YYYY)

rather than:

07.31.1976 (MM-DD-YYYY)

windows > control panel > Regional and Language options

I think you can solve this problem by changing settings there.
