How to exclude words from analysis

Bonjour.

J'utilise Trados 2007 et SDLX.
J'essaye d'analyser des documents (.doc, .ppt ...) en excluant certains mots (comme des noms de marque par exemple).
Quelqu'un saurait-il comment faire pour effectuer une analyse de document en excluant certains mots ?

Would somebody know a way to exclude words for an analysis ? (other than manually deleting words in the source document).

Word: use hidden formatting for text parts, which shall not be analyzed Nov 28, 2010

I am not aware of this possibility in PowerPoint however.
OTOH why would you not like brands to be counted as words? If you exclude them the result will be not proficient to you...
