Vote PRO/non-PRO on Beta version

My default display is now the Beta version. I'm not sure whether I accidentally clicked on 'Change' or whether everyone has been recently switched whether they chose to or not.

It's OK, I suppose, but I can no longer see the Vote PRO/non-PRO button. Am I missing something here, or has this valuable function been discontinued as a matter of policy?
