I do mostly long documents, typically from 15,000 to 50,000 words. But I get some short ones, too, so I average between 35 and 50 jobs a year.That's a far cry from 400! Excel works fine to keep track of them.
I don't need automated invoicing. More often than not, my clients have Internet portals with their own invoicing systems, so invoice generation is a minor issue for me. What happens with these automated systems when you don't generate an invoice?

Some clients pay by the line instead of the word. Some of them pay an hourly rate, and for that kind of work I already have four different rates. I also get paid a flat fee for medical abstracts regardless of the word count. I don't know if the automated managers could cope with all this variability. ▲ Collapse

Yes, We had used the Hospital Management & Pharmaceutical Management Softwares. It is really helpful for us. Now we have been taking a good revenue for my hospital. We bought this software from SM Technologies. They provide nice services for me.
