Who's afraid of the World Wide Web? (Writing your very first web pages) May 26, 2004

Hi there,

if you are thinking of starting a web page, but you are an absolute virgin in the territory - try having a look at this page which I wrote for some colleagues at work who were techno-phobes and who now have their first homepages!

It uses Netscape's "easy to use" Composer as an example, but the basic advice applies equally to other web page writing programmes - even Word.

Berni,

Thanks for posting your introduction to web page creation and your offer to document some of your efforts getting started with the new hosting system. Your documentation is sure to be helpful. I hope this forum can be a resource for other members who are just getting started building a web page.
