Switched email to proz.com hosting, now can't receive kudoz updates

Switched email to proz.com hosting, now can't receive kudoz related emails at all. What's wrong here? I talked to another proz.com hosting custoemer and he said the same thing. As soon as he set his mail to a domain hosted on proz.com, the Kudoz mails stopped coming.
I'm using the exact same email address for Kudoz as before. The only difference is where it's hosted.
