"net" is well-known technical term. It frequrntly appears on specification sheet of automobile catalog. So I think Katakana expression is enough.

Pardon the vagueness. It would help to know what unit this "output" is given in. Horsepower?

エンジンの出力表¥示にはネット値とグロス値があります。「グロス」はエンジン単体で測定したものであり、「ネット」はエンジンを車両に搭載した状態とほぼ同条件で測定したものです。同じエンジンで測定した場合、「ネット」は「グロス」よりもガソ¥リン自動車で約15%程度低い値(自工会調べ)となっています。
