anglais term

since that it may be that

anglais vers français Sciences sociales Sciences sociales, sociologie, éthique, etc. Symposium
However, some commentators have suggested since that it may that State parties to the UN Convention Against Torture, including Canada have expressed obligation to deny the immunity fo nations that practice torture.

J'ai du mal à saisir cette phrase...
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (2): df49f (X), marie-christine périé

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

IMO the terminology here is "not-Pro" but I think the sentence is complicated enough to require more than average language skills to figure it out.

Typo Dsole :-( Vous avez raison

... have suggested since that it may be that State parties to the UN Convention Against Torture...

phrase prcdente The Courts further adopted the majority's view in Al-Adsani that international law contained no rule requiring that immunity be denied for extraterritorial torture.
Les tribunaux ont galement adopt l'opinion de la majorit dans l'affaire Al-Adsani l'effet que le droit international ne dispose d'aucune rgle qui stipule que l'immunit soit refuse relativement aux plaintes civiles pour torture extraterritoriale.

Merci de me donner vos suggestions ;-)

unclear sentence as it stands, makes more sense when "that it may that" is left out

2) since THEN it may BE that State parties.... ?

ont suggeré depuis que peut-être les parties

My suggestion w/commas and perhaps: some commentators have suggested since, that perhaps the State parties to the UN convention...., including Canada, have expressed the obligation..... (cette phrase est vraiment difficile)

ont suggeré depuis que peut-être les parties...ont exprimé
qui'ils doivent/il faut refuser
