Hello,
In the paragraph below, I would like to know what the "bande autoroute FM" is. The text is talking about installing a fiber optic network. Thanks for your help.
Le tracé des tranchées étant très proche de celui du réseau routier, c’est en coordination avec le Ministère des Transports que le début des travaux sera planifié. Des extensions sont envisageables dans le déploiement d’une bande autouroute FM et l’extension du réseau GSM.

FM highway frequency
Sounds like they might mean a special transportation or traffic notice channel on FM for highway drivers.

Wikipédia :
In some states, the local Department of Transportation operates large networks of LPFM stations that act as Highway Advisory Radio stations—a service traditionally operated at the fringes of the AM band—restricting the number of available channels.
High way advisory radio :
Travelers' Information Stations (TIS), sometimes also called highway advisory radio (HAR), are licensed LPAM stations set up by local transport departments to provide bulletins to motorists and other travelers regarding traffic and other delays. These are often near highways and airports, and occasionally other tourism attractions such as national parks. Only governments may have licenses for TIS/HAR stations, and music is disallowed. The concept is not limited to the United States; TIS stations operate in Canada (on both AM and FM bands) and in France (at 107.7 MHz FM along selected Autoroutes), and possibly other countries as well.

: But I think it is quite important to keep the idea of 'band'; they're not necessarily talking about the service here, just the band allocation
