this phrase appears over and over in my Austrian text
for example:
Alle vom AN zu liefernden und von uns oder einem von und beauftragten Dritten einzubauenden Teile sind durch den AN so rechtzeitig zu spezifizieren und an die Montagestelle zu liefern, dass der Einbau nach den Vorgaben und unter Kontrolle des AN termingerecht durchgeführt werden kann.
I just can´t seem to find the proper legal expression for this
something with timely or due time, but what about the so and dass bit?
for example:

In fact, you might consider using something like "...leaving sufficient time to allow (for) the timely installation acording to..." to avoid a collision with "termingerecht" later on in the sentence.

: except that the 'so' here modifies 'rechtzeitig'//if that were the case, it would appear *after* rechtzeitig

Actually, I think it's a sentential modifier in this case and not with scope over rechtzeitig alone.
