Хочу отметить, что назвать SNF хосписом я действительно поспешил; не разобрался, что такое хоспис, написал по собственным интуитивным представлениям.
Благодарю за комментарий Natalie: безусловно, правильнее называть SNF "учреждением сестринского ухода".
Позволю себе перефразировать:
"постоянно проживающий в учреждении сестринского ухода или отделении сестринского ухода при многопрофильном учреждении"
