From your original, might it not mean a simple rollover where the rate remains the same in spite of the extension of the contract concerned.

Compare with this one from the GDT : where the exchange rate DOES change. The particularity of your extract is that the rate does not change, it is historically the same.

Effectivement, en dépit de ce que l'on trouve sur le bon vieux GDT, je ne sens pas vraiment "rollover" en français, moins que "reconduction" du moins! A vous de voir.
