Q. Why is it that when we sell machines with options that these always take longer? They should be available with the box.

A. The main answer is stock inventory – when the demand case goes to a supplier we also give penetration rates for the additional options, which then can significantly differ from actual orders. Even if the option is not available they still want the machine. This is not that common an issue – it has happened with YYY and every so slightly with XXX. It is accepted that there may be stock shortages.
