la recette "Melanzane a funghetti" ou "Melanzane al fungetto" correspond à des aubergines coupées en dés, sautées à l'ail et à l'huile d'olive, avec un peu de sauce tomate...
Je pense qu'aubergine sautées rend bien l'idée, (à la limite en ajoutant "à la tomate"...)
