In the context of Italian laws and regulations on privacy and data protection, the D.P.S. o D.P.S.S. "Documento Programmatico sulla Sicurezza" is the document which certifies alignement with current laws and regulations on safeguarding the privacy of personal data. It had to be compiled within 30/06/2005 and it must be updated yearly within 31/03.

: Can't say its wrong, but "programmatic" is like chalk screeching on a blackboard. "programme document" and "program document" are far more common, and don't make me wince. Sorry, I was the effect programmatic.
