Most of the examples of this phrase are Australian but there are some other webites using it. Using "industry best practice" for "règles de l’art et de la profession" kills two birds with one stone: "best practice" covers the "règles de l’art" part, while "industry best best practice" incorporates the "de la profession" part quite neatly.
