Evolution is for very long term, like Darwin and dinosaurs. Human development is how a human being grows from a baby to adulthood and old age. Human evolution is from ape to human being. Or at least that is how I read it. Thinks which change and progress very fast like computer technology might be said to evolve.

This seems to be a "corporate image enhancing" document, where "evolved strategies to enhance the customer care policies of the Group were employed to ensure certification was obtained speedily and effortlessly." : I think we might need more context to get a better feel for what they mean exactly by "evolutiva", but I agree that "development" or "growth" are more frequently appropriate in a business context than "evolutionary"
