English to Ukrainian Bus/Financial Finance (general)

Head of Retail Compliance and Financial Monitoring Division organizes and supports compliance and financial monitoring activity of Retail Banking and protects the Bank’s interests. The main task is to organise the compliance and financial monitoring work to ensure a correct application of, a strict compliance with and to avoid a violation of the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, Decrees and Regulations of Cabinet of Ministers, Regulations of National Bank of Ukraine and other legislative acts with regard to the activity of banking institution as well as statutory documents of the ING Bank Ukraine and internal ING Group requirements and procedures.
