I urge other answerers to look at their references, which all seem to be from Spain or France, i.e. already translations.
The inclusion of 'terrine' is important and IMO English people would not understand the dish if terrine is not included.

: Yeh there's lot's of terrines flying about these days, definitely a very in word used in culinary that also the larger UK public is aware of also because of the amount of TescoFinest terrines, Deli options, menu inclusions etc using the word..
