The Board of Directors proposes to its Shareholders Assembly that the fiscal year 2007 loss of 1,969 thousand Euros be posted against accumulated previous fiscal year losses.
In this specific case, the "por importe de" is left out when translating from Spanish to English. Otherwise the translation comes across as too literal. Leaving out the "por importe de" here, does not alter the sense of the context being translated.
