Mil Gracias, Alejandra!
Sonia Clough Jul 10, 2008:
Althout the Wikipedia entry may say that, I've never heard of an ice-cream sandwich being referred to as semifreddo. The term is normally only found on restaurant menus and, in my experience, refers to ice cream on its own.
Alejandra Jorge (asker) Jul 10, 2008:
Could be. I am checking with my client (the supermarket chain) which in turn will check with the bakery, and let you all know. Thanks for your help! Alejandra
Noni Gilbert Riley Jul 10, 2008:
The Wiki entry cited below gives an example of an ice-cream sandwich, basically a croissant. Would this be what your text is talking about?
