Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law: Taxation & Customs
Once again, from a bulletin for a business serivices firm.
This is a section heading:

CUANDO UN ASIMILABLE A SALARIO ES SUJETO DE ASEGURAMIENTO Y SUS CONCECUENCIAS LEGALES

My draft reads "When a salary assimilation is "(the) subject of insurance..." but I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.

I do appreciate the input....but I have found many examples of "subject of insurance" and I am not sure the answer you gave really answered my question. I realize that we usually say subject to something but in this case I'm not sure it applies. I left my translation as subject of since there seemed to be many more instances of this usage on Google.
