Office of the Ministry and an office of a minister
At first I have to clear that nobody says "montridoptor". It is "montrir doptor.
doptor= office
montrir= of minister
Apparently both the words seems same. But it is not. An office of a minister is within the office of a ministry. There may be the other ministers in the same ministry.

Ministry (Bangladesh vs India)
Montronaloy is a Bangladeshi term and Montrok is an Indian term both of which means Ministry.
Montridoptor also means ministry but this is less frequently used in India (the more frequently used term is Montrok) and not used in Bangladesh (we use MOntronaloy).
