Il P45 non viene riconsegnato soltanto al termine del contratto lavorativo, ma deve anche essere consegnato dal lavoratore al nuovo datore quando inizia un nuovo contratto/lavoro con una nuova ditta.
In pratica il lavoratore deve consegnare il P45 , che viene rilasciato dalle autorita' competenti quando si inizia a lavorare per la prima volta in UK, ad ogni datore di lavoro ogni volta che inizia un nuovo rapporto impiegatizio
