Nach langem Durchlesen und Durchdenken denke ich - ohne auf der Richtigkeit zu bestehen, daß der Wahlvorschlag der nomination proposal ist, wie die letzte Antworterin auch richtig vorgeschlagen hat, das jedoch dann es zu einem fine tuning kommen sollte, wobei man eine vorgezogene Abstimmung i.e. Abstimmungsvorschlag durchführt. Sollte diese Interpretation richtig sein würde ich voting proposal sagen. Ballot und motion is natürlich alles richtig, aber nicht bei der vorgeschlagenen Wahl von Aufsichtsratsmitgliedern.
