There is a subtle difference between informational and informative. I often see the former in IT-related literature, while the latter is most commonly used in business/legal contexts :)

declaración informativa de operaciones con partes relacionadas residentes en el extranjero -

declaración informativa de retenciones del impuesto de la renta y del impuesto al valor agregado por concepto de pagos de honorarios y arrendamientos -
information return of income tax and value added tax withholdings on fees and leases paid

declaración informativa de sueldos y salarios -
salary and wage information return

declaración informativa del impuesto al valor agregado -
value added tax information return / VAT information return

Practically all of the above terms are concerned with "related party transactions", which are a basic element in transfer pricing matters. Observe that the word "return" is used, not "statement" or anything of the sort.
