Arabic term (edited):
مال متقوّم
a property of value
The word مال refers to any possession, whether monetary or otherwise.
The word متقوم means ذو قيمة (of value). Here is a reference to things financial:

I have a feeling this link may not work (because it has Arabic characters), but you can reach the page by searching for

permissible property or valuable property.
permissible property or valuable property (المال المتقوم) refers to any substance that the Islamic shari'ah rules give permission to utilize and make transaction in, except in some restricted conditions in which the thing is allowed to consume (like eating pork when you have absolutely nothing else to eat, and otherwise you'll starve). This includes those movable and immovable properties, food stuffs, etc. Impermissible property is considered as invaluable property (مال غيرمتقوم), and it refers to those things which are considered illegal and prohibited in Islam such as alcohol, wine, pig and the like.
