4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "Thanks, Pat! This is very likely a play on words as I originally thought but was a bit blank as to how to say it. The play on words doesn´t work here in English but what they are referring to is certainly that they offer more points than other frequent flyer clubs."

maximum points club
I'm trying to reflect what I see as a play on words - puntero meaning "leading" but also points-awarding in this context, as Swiss Tell and patinba point out. So they mean it's a maximum points outfit like a top football club on a run of form (e.g. Liverpool and dare I say even Spurs at the moment, Barca earlier in the season) but also the frequent flyers' club that offers punters the most points.
Hope that makes sense.

the coolest club
Saludos.

most cutting-edge
Apparently the currently most well-worn cliche. The expression "puntero" (modern, latest thing, up to date) itself actually has nowt to do with "points", but you could maybe work in "the highest-flying" or something if desperate for extra cheese.

: According to syntax rules it would need to be "hippest" - the commercial kiss of death IMO
