"continues to ......."

The word "estandolo" is not gramatically correct. The correct word should be "estando", from the verb "estar". I would not be able to propertly translate this phrase using this word. However, if the phrase is changed to "sigue estando", then the translation would be "continue to be".
Example sentence:

Si usted sigue estando sobrepeso, desarrollará enfermedades cardíacas.

If you continue to be overweight, you will develop heart deseases.
