This is from a description of the braze welding process (it crops up in the middle of a translation dealing with air conditioning systems on metro trains).
"Per evitare la formazione di ossido e che si depositi sulla superficie interne dei tubi, è sufficiente far circolare nella tubazione da brasare **azoto anidro** con una portata di circa 30 litri al minuto"
I can't find many references to "azoto anidro" (or anhydrous nitrogen) in any of my reference books and/or on the Internet. I'm wondering if this could be an error in the text. Does anyone know if "anhydrous nitrogen" exists and, if so, if it is used for brazing?
Thanks all!

: With Rachel and her excellent reference. "Anhydrous" is reserved for materials that normally would absorb water molecules on their crystalline surfaces. Here, we are not talking about crystalline nitrogen.
