"c) Actividades como Agente de la Garantía
En el marco de la emisión de Obligaciones Negociables Clase I VN U$S XXX, de XXX, la Entidad ha celebrado un acuerdo con el mencionado ente por el cual asume el rol de Agente de la Garantía.
En virtud de dicho acuerdo, XXXX constituyó a favor del Agente de la Garantía, en representación de los tenedores de las obligaciones garantizadas, un derecho real de prenda comercial en primer grado y lugar de privilegio sobre derechos de recibir dinero y cualquier otro derecho creditorio de titularidad de XXXX a fin de garantizar a los tenedores de las obligaciones negociables el cumplimiento de las mismas hasta su cancelación.
El Banco, como Agente de la Garantía, administra las cuentas bancarias prendadas, las inversiones permitidas, ejecutando asimismo todas las funciones especificadas en el contrato."
