English to Polish Law/Patents Law (general) seizure, hearing-Belgian Code of Criminal Procedure

Exceptions of the secret character of the investigation are the right of everyone who is heard to have a copy of its hearing (article 28 quinquies &2 of the Belgian Crminal Procedure Code) or the official reports of seizures made and the right of those who are damaged by an investigation action to its goods (e.g. seizure) to ask the annulations of this action (article 28 sexies of the Belgian Criminal Procedure Code).
