I've had a look at several different softwares in English, and each time "chalkboard" seems to refer to a census/instantaneous profile of the unit in question. Unable to find the equivalent in French. It could perhaps best be described as a "tableau récapitulatif" or "tableau de synthèse" (du profil/de l'activité de l'unité?)

Yes I am translating Online help and User's manual but there is no French reference material on this product.

Are you translating the software? If not, you need to find out if there is a French version and how this function has been translated.
