Y como manifiesta su presidenta, el papel del Ingeniero Técnico Agrícola está basado en dar un servicio técnico a los profesionales del sector y a través de ellos a la Sociedad. STANDING BY ITSELF
Since it is a title, and cannot be translated literally without losing the meaning behind I would suggest to find a different title that more o less convey the meaning. According to me, in this context the meaning of the title should convey somehow a guarantee and efficiency of the functions of that entity.
