This clause deals with payment for patentable inventions:Wenn XXX (the company commissioning the research)eine Erfindung gemäß Ziff. 3.3 in Anspruch nimmt, zahlt XXX an YYY (the company conducting the research) 45 Tage nach der Erstanmeldung von Neuschutzrechten auf Erfindungen, an denen ausschließlich Beschäftigte der YYY erfinderisch beteiligt sind, spätestens aber 6 Monate nach der Übertragung der Erfindung durch die YYY einen einmaligen Betrag in Höhe von ZZZ €.
