Note from asker:

deep dysfunctions
deeply dysfunctional family
Myślę, że to jest semantyczny odpowiednik.
n these top dysfunctional family movies, the nuclear family seems more like a nuclear bomb. From cannibalistic hillbillies to unfit mothers obsessed with their own fading stardom, the parents on this list are just begging for a visit from Child Protective Services.

Forty years after the disappearance of Harriet Vanger from the secluded island owned and inhabited by her powerful family, her uncle, convinced that she had been murdered by someone from her own deeply dysfunctional clan, hires journalist Mikael Blomqvist and Lisbeth Salander, an unconventional young hacker, to investigate.

Discussion
Jeśli jesteś zainteresowany, to sobie poczytaj. Dobranoc.
Zajrzałem i:
2. Dowiedziałem się, co oznacza "deeply dysfunctional": ...that she had been murdered by someone from her own deeply dysfunctional clan...
...in the United States traditional nuclear families appear to constitute a minority of households with rising prevalence of other family arrangements. Today nuclear families with the original biological parents constitute roughly 24.1% of American households, compared to 40.3% in 1970. Roughly 75% of all children in the United States will spend at least some time in a single-parent household.
According to some sociologists, "[The nuclear family] no longer seems adequate to cover the wide diversity of household arrangements we see today.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_family
A dysfunctional family is a family in which conflict, misbehavior, and often abuse on the part of individual members occur continually and regularly, leading other members to accommodate such actions. Children sometimes grow up in such families with the understanding that such an arrangement is normal. Dysfunctional families are primarily a result of co-dependent adults, and may also be affected by addictions, such as substance abuse (alcohol, drugs, etc.). Other origins include untreated mental illness, and parents emulating or over-correcting their own dysfunctional parents. In some cases, a "child-like" parent will allow the dominant parent to abuse their children.
