Italian term

omaggistica

Italian to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals
This is the heading of a text explaining the rules and regulations for pharmaceutical companies when providing their pharmaceutical reps with free gifts or samples for doctors and pharmacists. Is there a catch-all term that I can use without using the word "gifts"? Or is that the correct term?
I also thought about "promotional gifts" or "promotional products", but I'm not sure that they render the idea of an "omaggio" (which is free).

I hope I've made myself clear......

TIA!
